They are also challenging the "shortest couple to get married" in Guinness World Records, New Express reported on Friday.

Soon after the pre-marriage health check for the bridegroom Li Tangyong and bride Chen Guilan, they applied in the Guinness World Records' Guangdong office.

Li and Chen will get married in a group wedding ceremony with 30 other couples. The couple told New Express that they hoped to have the records certificate on the day of their wedding.
